Booking, Cancellation & Late Arrival Policies

At Flush Wellness, we value your time and appreciate your understanding that appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. To ensure the smooth running of the clinic, please read the following policies before booking.
 

Consultation Forms

Once your appointment has been booked, you will receive a confirmation email containing your consultation and medical forms.

  • All forms must be completed before your appointment date.

  • Failure to complete the required forms may result in your appointment being cancelled.

  • If your appointment is cancelled due to incomplete paperwork, a new booking fee will be required to rebook.

  • All  are non-refundable.
     

Booking fee

All appointments require an upfront non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment time and covers administration and preparation costs associated with your treatment.
 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 72 hours' notice.

Changes made with more than 72 hours' notice can be transferred to a new appointment date, subject to availability.

Less than 72 Hours' Notice

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.
 

No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations

Failure to attend your appointment, or cancelling within the appointment window, will result in 100% of the treatment fee being charged.

Failure to settle outstanding charges may result in future bookings being declined.


Late Arrivals

To allow time for parking, checking in and completing any necessary paperwork, we recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your appointment.

If You Arrive Late

  • Late arrival may result in your treatment time being shortened to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments.

  • The full treatment fee will still apply regardless of the reduced treatment time.

More Than 15 Minutes Late

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time may be treated as a no-show.

In these circumstances:

  • The appointment may be cancelled.

  • The full treatment fee will be charged.

  • This applies to individual appointments and prepaid treatment courses.
     

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, as appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client, these policies apply to all cancellations, reschedules and missed appointments.

Stephs time is fairly compensated.
